• The Stripe card processing fee (3%) is non-refundable, as per Stripe's policy.

Additional Refund Provision:

We will also provide a refund minus the Stripe processing fee in cases where an order is placed but cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Situations where it is technically or contractually impossible to place the order with Microsoft.
• Issues on the client's side that prevent successful order placement, such as:
• The client's Microsoft tenant being registered in a region that is incompatible with the store used for the order (e.g., an order placed via IT Partner's US store while the tenant is registered in a different region).
